The Tianwen-1 orbiter from the CNSA has completed a global map of Mars - here are some of our favorite images!

New images from Mars, courtesy of the Tianwen-1 orbiter and the CNSA!

The Tianwen-1 orbiter from China’s CNSA just completed a global map of Mars, including its (relatively) water-rich south pole!

Images were recorded the over 1,300 orbits of the Red Planet, beginning in 2021.

The Tianwen-1 mission, including the orbiter and a rover, marks China’s first mission to the Red Planet.

Take a look at our favorite new pictures from Tianwen-1!
